Mr. HCS Perera

Solicitor/Principal Partner/Member/COFA


Mr. HCS Perera received his LL.B from the University of London. He completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in BVC (Bar Vocational Course & LLM (Advanced Legal Practice) at University of Northumbria in Newcastle. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy (B.Ph) & Theology (B.Th) from the Urban University of Rome and is a PhD researcher in Legal Jurisprudence.

He was called to the Bar in 2001 as a Barrister- at – law by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and specialized in Personal Injury and Immigration work. He has dual qualifications having been also admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 2007. He has over 15 years of experience in Immigration, Personal Injury, Commercial & Residential Conveyancing areas of law. Mr Perera is the Principal Partner of the firm as well as the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration- COFA. He is authorized by the Law Society of England & Wales to provide training to solicitors and has published articles, addressed academic and professional institutions in his areas of expertise.

Mr Perera is passionate about issues of justice, morals and ethics. He also runs an orphanage for destitute children and a school for deprived youths in Sri Lanka with a view to , empowering them with skills development and training.
